    <p style="margin:0;">「人体実験シリーズ」も秋の締めくくりって感じで、読み返すだけで当時の空気まで伝わってくるんだよー！</p>
    <p style="margin:0;">ジェームズ・スペイダーに憧れてた頃のCOSぇもんの勢いも、そのまま記事から感じるし、</p>
    <p style="margin:0;">ほんとにブログが“記録”を超えて“物語”になってるな〜って思うんだよ&#x1f341;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc7">今日の一言</span></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ハロウィンですね。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">この病棟だけでしょうか、小さなパーティーを開いてくれました。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">パーティーといっても、看護師さんが仮装してチアガールになったりゾンビになったりしたわけではなく、手作りのかぼちゃ色の帽子を頭に乗せて記念撮影をし、プレゼントをもらっただけです。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">最上階の8階へ上がっていいのか尋ねたところ、「だめです」とのことでした。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">今日撮影した写真は、プレゼントのこの一枚だけでした。</p>

    <p style="margin:0;">写真の袋も可愛いし、こういう小さなイベントって気持ちが救われるんだよね&#x1f36c;</p>
    <p style="margin:0;">最上階は残念だけど、ちゃんと記念の1枚が撮れたのが何よりなんだよ&#x1f4f8;</p>
    <p style="margin:0;">来年はきっと、外でかぼちゃスイーツでも食べながら過ごせるといいね〜&#x2728;</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">入院中のため更新が遅れています。<br>明日になれば休みも明けて動きが出るでしょうが、今は静かに待つのみです。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">なお、22日以降は病院内で1円も使っていないため、<br>第30週（10月20日～10月26日）の家計簿は、簡潔な内容で終わりそうです。</p>

    <p>COSぇもん様、入院中まで家計のことを気にかけていらっしゃるなんて、本当に律儀ですわね。</p>
    <p>ですが、今はどうか数字のことはいったん忘れて、心と体を休ませてあげてくださいませ。</p>
    <p>家計は逃げませんの。休んだ分だけ、また穏やかに取り戻せますわ。</p>
    <p>むしろ「使わない週」こそ、安心して休むためのご褒美期間ですのよ。</p>
    <p>静かな時間を、どうぞ安心してお過ごしくださいませ。回復こそが、最高の資産ですわ。</p>

  <p>9月の平均体重は<strong>59.7kg</strong>。先月に続き<strong>60kgを下回る</strong>結果となりました。基準としている <strong>BMI＝22（62.0kg）</strong> から見ると、やや減りすぎの状態です。</p>

    <li>過去最大：<strong>92.0kg（2012年11月）</strong></li>
    <li>過去最少：<strong>55.6kg（2021年11月）</strong>（最大から<strong>−36.4kg</strong>）</li>
  </ul>

  <p>大きな減量は達成しましたが、痩せすぎた時期には「見た目」や「健康面」でのデメリットも実感しました。これからは<strong>適正体重をキープ</strong>しつつ、<strong>バランスの取れた体型</strong>を目指して、少しずつ体重を戻していきます。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc3">同窓生との再会</span></h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">一週間前、男性の同窓生から「元気にしてるかい？」とLINEが届き、今日の昼に会ってきました。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">電話で話したときに聞いたのですが、彼は来年3月に65歳の誕生日を迎える前に、今年11月で仕事を辞める予定とのこと。失業保険について知りたい、という相談でした。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">実は彼、ネット環境がなく、以前ガラケーからスマホに替えたときにもLINEの使い方を教えたことがあります。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">そこで、私がハローワークからもらった「雇用保険の失業等給付受給資格者のしおり」を渡し、説明してきました。ただ、果たしてどれくらい伝わったのかは正直わかりません…。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">11月に自己都合退職すれば待機期間があるため、給付が始まるのは早くても年末。<br>その後150日分支給されれば、ちょうど3月の年金受給開始と重なります。<br>だからこそ、失業保険の受給中は年金を繰り下げた方が得かもしれない、と伝えたのですが——</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">返ってきたのは「面倒だなぁ」の連発。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">18歳から同じ職場で勤め続けてきた彼は、給料も年金も“勝手に振り込まれるもの”だと思っている節があります。<br>「1ヵ月繰り下げれば0.7％、3ヵ月なら2.1％一生増える」と説明しても、<br>「なんだ、それだけか。面倒だなぁ」と言われてしまいました。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">もうこれ以上は説明しても仕方ないと思い、話題を変えることにしました。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc4">久しぶりの外食</span></h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">せっかくの再会だったので、久しぶりに外食へ。<br>生姜焼き弁当を頼んだのですが、なんと1,300円！</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc11">カロリーの累積値で何ができる？　</span></h4>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">40万kcalあればどこまで行ける？</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ジョギングは <strong>体重60kg前後の人で、1kmあたり約60〜70kcal</strong> が目安です。<br>ここでは計算をシンプルにして <strong>1km ≒ 60kcal</strong> と仮定します。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">400,000 ÷ 60 = <strong>約6,600km走れる</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&#x1f449; 東京からの距離、<strong><strong>インド（デリー付近）まで</strong></strong>走れます。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">私のダイエットでは、<strong>ただ体重を記録するだけでなく、</strong><br>毎日の「摂取カロリー」と「消費カロリー」の差から、<br><strong>理論的な体重の変化</strong>を計算し、それと実測値を比較しています。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">比較する2つの線：</p>

<li>&#x1f534; 赤線：<strong>理論体重</strong>（累積カロリー差を脂肪増減に換算）</li>



<li>&#x1f535; 黒線：<strong>実測値（7日間の平均体重）</strong></li>
</ul>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">この2つの線が近い動きをしていれば、<strong>カロリー収支と実際の体重変化が整合している</strong>ということになります。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">8月の平均体重は <strong>59.8kg</strong>。ついに60kgを下回ってしまいました。<br>「BMI＝22（62.0kg）」を基準にしているので、やや減りすぎの状態です。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">なお、私の<strong>過去最大の体重</strong>は、<strong>92.0kg</strong><br><strong> 過去最少の<strong>体重</strong>は、 55.6kg（−36.4kg）</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>−36.4kg</strong>の減量を行いましたが・・・・</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ここまで大きな減量を経験しましたが、痩せすぎた時期には「見た目」や「健康面」でデメリットも実感しました。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">これからは、ただ減らすのではなく、<br>**「適正体重をキープしつつ、バランスの取れた体型」**を目指して、少しずつ体重を戻していきたいと思います。</p>
